PAYMENTS

This shop gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments - all through PayPal. You do not need your own PayPal account to purchase from this store. (Of course, if you do have one, you're more than welcome to use it here.)



PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available.)



CALIFORNIA residents pay 8.25% sales tax which will be calculated via PayPal.

 

SHIPPING
This shop typically ships within 3 business days of order/payment. Payment is due before your order can be processed and shipped.

DOMESTIC US shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail, include insurance and tracking, and typically arrive within 2-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL shipments are sent via USPS Priority International. Additional items purchased will ship at no additional charge - I will refund any overages greater than $1 once I ship your package. International packages typically arrive in 6-10 business days, but may take longer depending on customs processing in the destination country. Please kindly allow up to 3 weeks for international shipments.



PLEASE NOTE: Before purchasing, please check any restrictions for your destination address via the USPS web site's Index of Countries and Localities.



For an accurate shipping quote, please send me a message with the destination country and which items are of interest, and I will provide an updated shipping quote, considering custom regulations.

International orders do not include shipping insurance.

I cannot be responsible for packages damaged or lost once they are in transit, but I am happy to ship via any method, upon request, that provides tracking and/or insurance; please contact me with your needs and information and I'll provide a more accurate shipping quote.

PLEASE NOTE: Buyer is responsible for all taxes, VAT, fees, customs, etc. that may be incurred.

 

RETURNS
We stand behind our work and definitely want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return any existing store items purchased in this online shop for either exchange or store credit - provided that you contact me first, and the item is mailed back within three days of your receipt. Please use the original shipping box to mail your item, and be sure to include signature confirmation. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

When returning an item, please include the following:

1.) The item in its original condition, and in the original jewelry box packaging

2.) A copy of the original invoice

3.) A quick reminder note on the reason for your exchange — I strive to provide the best possible service and product for my customers.

Much of our jewelry is one-of-a-kind, and we cannot hold any of these particular items. Your replacement item can be selected from available stock, once the return is received and processed on our end.



 

PACKAGING
Each item is carefully packaged and shipped in its own smart, eco-friendly, cardboard jewelry box. A small gift note can be added at no additional charge - leave word in the 'comments' section at PayPal checkout.
